TOSCANA APARTMENTS CLUBHOUSE

This project was a complete interior overhaul of the existing clubhouse of this apartment community designed in conjunction with Jordan Michael Design. We took a very dated and compartmentalized building and opened it up, creating a much larger scaled entry and leasing office space. The additional amenities like the TV lounge, kitchenette, and exercise room wrap around and face the pool, augmented by new shade trellises. The entire pool area is enhanced with new composite decking and natural wood cabanas to give residents plenty of ways to enjoy the outdoor spaces.
