21 RIO APARTMENTS AMENITIES EXPANSION

This project for a high-rise student housing building near UT Austin included creating a new leasing office and prospective tenant lounge with an enhanced street profile, as well as expanding the existing 7th floor exercise room into a full amenities lounge. At street level, the custom designed illuminated backdrop brands the building with a distinct contemporary feel to appeal to residents and their parents. Upstairs, the shared amenity space includes TV areas, kitchenette, and study carrels. All of this is wrapped in new storefront glazing to the 7th floor balcony and pool deck, offering beautiful views of the surround campus and city. Next door, a full apartment unit was converted to house the new, enlarged exercise gym, which flows out into its own outdoor cross-fit area.
