This 8,000 square foot finish-out for luxury homebuilder Toll Brothers integrates their Division Office for managing operations in the area with a Showroom to demonstrate their craftsmanship and design abilities for clients and customers. Located in fast-growing Cedar Park, it provides a hub where management and sales can communicate directly to optimize the effectiveness of both. The Office side is a ring plan wrapping flexible open-plan spaces around a core of private offices and conference spaces. Given the height of the shell space, we located an open mezzanine lounge with additional meeting spaces above the core. The Showroom side features a series of fully built-in vignettes of featured kitchen and bath elements, along with rows of samples and demo fixtures to showcase all of the design options offered by the builder. Customers can come meet with in-house designers and have physical presentations of their future homes. This side is designed for flexibility and meant to be updated periodically with the new and evolving designs that Toll Brothers develops.
