Private residence remodel

Phoenix, Arizona

This kitchen and bath remodel for a private residence in centered around the Owners’ desire to unify the public areas of the house and enhance the connectivity between kitchen, dining, and living areas. Parents of two young childern, they also wanted to open up the view into the yard to keep a close eye on playtime activities. Selective structural intervention allowed the removal of the entire wall between kitchen and dining as well as the addition of a continuous band of windows to the back patio and yard. Standard prefabricated cabinetry was detailed carefully and fitted with stainless steel and quartz countertops and built-in appliances to produce a custom look and feel on a relatively modest budget.
